Gainsborough Beds come with a 5 year guarantee which covers manufacturing faults. If, within 5 years of purchase, a defect is found we will either repair or replace the product free of charge. Terms and conditions apply.

All of our sofa bed frames are guaranteed for 10 years. Our mattresses and mechanisms are offered with a 1 year guarantee. If, within this period, a manufacturing fault is discovered we will either repair or replace the product free of charge. Terms and conditions apply.

We take our responsibility to the wider community very seriously. Whenever we are in possession of end-of-life products we dispose of them with care and responsibility. Products are stripped down to their components and wherever possible these materials are recycled and not sent to landfill.
