Luxury BedsThe modern world has brought many worthwhile and creditable improvements over the years. Some of these though have a limited life span and are fashions of the moment. However, a Gainsborough bed is built to last and provide outstanding comfort every night.

Gainsborough Beds prides itself on combining tried and tested long lasting comfortable fillings and production techniques used for generations with the best of modern practices. When buying a new bed, we suggest you look for some of the following attributes found in all Gainsborough Beds divan sets.

• Is the product manufactured in the United Kingdom to the high standards of UK Health & Safety regulations?

• Are the mattress springs high tensile corrosion resistant, made in the manufacturer's own factory? This facility allows Gainsborough Beds to safeguard quality and offer a bespoke service with most mattresses available in three spring tensions.

• Are the hand made divan frames made in the manufacturer's own factory? This maintains quality control from the start of production right through to the finished product.

• Does the mattress contain "reinforced support edging"? This works to make sure the mattress edges are long lasting and supportive and do not fall away after the first year or so, which can occur with inferior pocket sprung mattresses.

• Does the mattress contain heavy duty high quality upholstery fillings rather than thin insufficient layers which enable a bed to be made to a price rather than to a level of quality and comfort that will be long lasting?

• Is the company affiliated with the relevant recognised trade organisations? These should include the National Bed Federation and the Sleep Council.

These are all the important questions to ask when buying a premium product. We can confidently say yes to all of the above, which is why we do not have to resort to aggressive marketing or sales gimmicks.

We believe in creditable high quality products that are comfortable and long lasting.
